Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, a leading hospitality company, has signed two License Agreements in Madurai and Mcleodganj under the Lemon Tree Premier and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brands.
Both properties will be managed by wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd. Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai will have 100 rooms, while Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj will have 45 rooms.
Portfolio expands in two States
The signings strengthen the group’s presence in Tamil Nadu and Himachal Pradesh, two key markets for urban and leisure travel.
With the addition of the Madurai property, Lemon Tree Hotels’ Tamil Nadu portfolio will expand to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming developments.
Focus on leisure markets
In Himachal Pradesh, the group’s portfolio will comprise 12 hotels, including four operational and eight upcoming properties.

Properties offer connectivity

Madurai Airport is 14 km from the Madurai property, while Madurai Railway Station is 3 km away. Kangra Airport, Gaggal, is 24 km from Mcleodganj, while Pathankot Railway Station is 90 km away.
