Real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has sold homes worth over ₹2,000 crore in Phase 1 of its project, Godrej Trilogy, in Worli, South Mumbai.

The Mumbai-based developer has sold nearly 100 homes at Godrej Trilogy since the project’s launch in November 2025.

The project comprises three towers. In the initial launch phase, homes on select floors within two of the three towers—Seaturf and Seafront—with a total opened inventory of approximately ₹3,500 crore, were brought to market.

Planned across 2.63 acres, the project offers expansive three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences, with just three apartments per floor, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

Godrej Trilogy presents a distinctive trilogy of views, offering uninterrupted panoramas of the Arabian Sea, the Mumbai skyline, and the historic Mahalaxmi Racecourse, from structures that, when completed, will be among the tallest buildings in India. Worli has emerged as one of India’s most desirable residential destinations, offering seamless connectivity, proximity to key commercial hubs, and well-developed social infrastructure.

The neighbourhood is home to leading schools, hospitals, retail outlets, and premium residential and commercial developments, making it a preferred choice for discerning homebuyers.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said: “We are delighted by the exceptionally strong response to Godrej Trilogy. This performance reflects the deep trust customers place in the Godrej brand and our commitment to creating high-quality living spaces in Mumbai’s most coveted neighbourhoods. With its prime location, design philosophy, and premium lifestyle offerings, Godrej Trilogy strengthens our presence in the luxury housing market and reinforces our focus on delivering landmark developments across key urban centres.”
