Bonfiglioli Transmissions Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of Bonfiglioli Group, has strengthened its board by appointing Ravindra Pisharody as Chairperson and Sundaresan Ananthanarayanan and Rossella Schiavini as Independent Directors effective February 2026.
These appointments reflect Bonfiglioli’s continued focus on strengthening governance, leadership depth, and strategic oversight. The Bonfiglioli brand is globally trusted, with a 70-year presence in 80 countries.
Bonfiglioli elevated Ravindra Pisharody as Chairperson and Independent Director. He has been in the company since 2018 and he brings a distinguished leadership profile and deep industry expertise spanning over three decades. As of December 2025, he holds directorships in Happy Forgings Ltd, Kinara Capital Pvt Ltd, Kwality Walls India Ltd, Muthoot Finance Ltd, Savita Greentec Ltd and Savita Oil Technologies Ltd.
