Bengaluru Sets The Pace For KTM Cup Season 3 With Over 200 Racers

KTM, Europe’s largest motorcycle manufacturer, kicked off Season 3 of the KTM Cup with a high-energy opening round in Bengaluru, marking the first state-level leg of India’s largest single-make racing championship.

The inaugural round saw participation from over 200 aspiring racers, who competed across multiple timed sessions and skill-based evaluations. The event attracted strong interest from KTM enthusiasts and motorsport fans, reinforcing Bengaluru’s standing as a key hub for performance riding in India.

After an intensely competitive day on track, the top 40 riders qualified for the next round, moving a step closer to claiming the coveted KTM Cup title.

Adding to the spectacle, internationally acclaimed KTM stunt rider Rok Bagoros thrilled the crowd with a high-adrenaline stunt performance, setting the tone for an unforgettable race weekend.

Further elevating the excitement this season, MotoGP legend Dani Pedrosa is set to meet riders during the Qualifier and Finale rounds. Season 3 winners will also earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the Austria Grand Prix, including exclusive pit access and a visit to the KTM Motohall in Mattighofen.

The KTM Cup continues to play a vital role in nurturing India’s motorsport ecosystem by combining structured competition, professional training and community engagement. With rounds scheduled across four cities in the coming weeks, Season 3 promises an action-packed journey for racers and fans alike.

Since its entry in India in 2012, KTM has grown its presence to more than 450 stores across the country. KTM has built a strong customer base of nearly half a million biking enthusiasts, making India the largest global market for KTM. The partnership of Bajaj Auto Limited and KTM was inked in 2007, with Bajaj Auto Limited now owning a significant stake in KTM AG.
