Bharat Forge, VVDN Tech Explore Tie-ups Across Auto, Defence Domains

Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration across next-generation technology domains, including automotive, defence, artificial intelligence and data centre solutions. The partnership brings together two complementary engineering-led organisations with a shared focus on innovation, advanced manufacturing and future-ready technologies.

Under the MoU, the companies will jointly pursue opportunities to design, develop and manufacture next-generation products and platforms for automotive and defence applications, as well as AI-driven server and compute infrastructure. The collaboration is aimed at accelerating innovation cycles and addressing the rapidly evolving needs of global customers amid breakthroughs in generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing.

Bharat Forge  vice chairman and joint MD Amit Kalyani said the collaboration would help the company deepen its technology capabilities and accelerate innovation.
