Vervesemi Raises $10 Mn To Scale ML-Enabled Analog Chip Portfolio

CW Bureau ·

Fabless semiconductor startup Vervesemi has raised $10 million in a funding round led by ace market investor Ashish Kacholia, along with Unicorn India Ventures, Roots Ventures, Caperize Fina and MAIQ Growth Scheme.

The company said the fresh capital will be deployed across three strategic priorities, starting with accelerating commercialisation of its machine learning–enhanced analog signal chain IC portfolio. This includes advanced data converters and intelligent power and sensing solutions targeted at industrial, smart energy, motor control and avionics applications.

Part of the investment will be used to take existing silicon chips into production and product qualification, while scaling engineering and applications teams to support global customers. The company will also expand its intellectual property portfolio and strengthen R&D capabilities in next-generation precision analog architectures.

Additionally, Vervesemi plans to build its go-to-market presence across Asia, the US and other key semiconductor markets to deepen engagement with OEMs and system companies.

Co-founder & CEO Rakesh Malik said the funding would help the company transition from technology validation to large-scale deployment, positioning it as a global supplier of intelligent analog mixed-signal semiconductor solutions.

Co-founder & CTO Pratap Narayan Singh said the capital would accelerate product tape-outs, expand engineering capabilities and strengthen global market execution.

Unicorn India Ventures Managing Partner Anil Joshi said India’s fabless semiconductor design ecosystem is emerging as a key innovation driver in the deep-tech space, backed by strong talent and growing capital support.

Over the next few years, Vervesemi aims to build a diversified analog mixed-signal IC portfolio serving industrial, energy, avionics and motor control markets globally. In the coming year, the startup expects to move from advanced product readiness to commercial traction, targeting production design wins, early revenue streams and expansion into higher-value integrated solutions
