Lemon Tree Hotels Signs 25th Property In UP, To Open In Najibabad

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, a mid-scale and premium hotel chain, has announced the signing of a new property in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking its 25th hotel in the State.

The company currently operates eight hotels in Uttar Pradesh and has 17 more in the pipeline, including the newly signed Najibabad property, underscoring its sustained expansion across one of India’s fastest-growing travel markets.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Najibabad, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Located in the Bijnor district, Najibabad serves as a gateway to key spiritual and leisure destinations such as Haridwar, Rishikesh and Jim Corbett National Park.

With steady pilgrimage and wildlife tourism demand, along with improving regional infrastructure, the town presents a compelling opportunity for quality branded hospitality.

The hotel is situated approximately 88 km from Jolly Grant Airport and 9 km from Najibabad Junction railway station, offering convenient connectivity for both business and leisure travellers.

The property will feature 100 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room and recreational amenities including a fitness centre, swimming pool and spa.
