Orange Business, Tech Mahindra Set To Form Global Partnership

Orange Business, the enterprise arm of French telecom major Orange Group, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Tech Mahindra to form a non-equity, global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation for enterprises worldwide.

The proposed collaboration outlines a strategic go-to-market framework focused on deeper regional cooperation, joint product innovation and enhanced utilisation of existing technology platforms. The partnership is designed to deliver secure, scalable and AI-powered solutions that are increasingly in demand among global organisations navigating complex digital ecosystems.

Outsourcing and Operational Optimisation

As part of the discussions, Orange Business plans to outsource a portion of its global customer support, quote-to-bill operations and post-sales teams outside France to Tech Mahindra. The move is intended to improve efficiency, boost automation and enhance service agility, while maintaining strict compliance with French and European regulatory frameworks. The French operations perimeter, along with sensitive and sovereign customer segments such as national security and defence, will remain outside the scope of the partnership.
