Realty developer Brigade Group has leased around 1,56,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at Brigade Twin Towers in Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru, to two global majors — Mann+Hummel Filter Pvt. Ltd. and Labcorp.
Mann+Hummel is a German filtration technology leader, while Burlington headquartered Labcorp is a global provider of laboratory and life sciences services.
The latest transactions come amid sustained demand for premium Grade A office spaces in Bengaluru. Brigade Twin Towers has emerged as a preferred office destination in the region, backed by strong market response and steady occupancy.
Brigade Enterprises Chief Operating Officer – Office Spaces Nandakumar O.P. said the quick leasing reflects growing demand for well-planned workspaces that offer accessibility, responsible design, and a supportive business ecosystem.
He said the agreements reaffirm Brigade’s focus on creating workplaces that enable businesses to scale efficiently while meeting evolving commercial requirements.
