Imagicaa Next To Launch Hello Park’s 1st Digital-Physical Playground In Hyd

Amusement and water park operator Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Imagicaa Next Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Letter of Intent with Hello Park to launch its first immersive digital-physical playground experience at Lake Shore Y Junction in Hyderabad.

The park, spanning about 10,000 sq.ft, is expected to open before the year-end festive season, allowing families and young visitors in Hyderabad to experience the new format during one of the busiest holiday periods.

Lake Shore Y Junction Mall, which opened in December 2025, is among the country’s largest retail and lifestyle destinations. The nearly 1.6-million-sq-ft mall houses over 250 brands, more than 40 dining outlets and multiple entertainment zones, positioning it as a major leisure hub in West Hyderabad.

The partnership marks Hello Park’s debut in India, with Imagicaa Next planning to roll out seven such parks across key urban markets.

A new format for urban entertainment

Dubai-based Hello Park operates next-generation physical entertainment parks where the physical and digital worlds merge to create immersive play environments. Over the past five years, the chain has expanded to more than 12 countries.

The concept is aimed at children aged 3-12, families and young audiences, offering interactive zones, motion-based attractions, gaming experiences and collaborative play areas designed to encourage creativity, exploration and social interaction.

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Managing Director Jai Malpani said the introduction of Hello Park marks an important step for India’s entertainment landscape.

“For years, children’s recreation has largely been seen as either physical play or digital consumption. Hello Park bridges this gap by bringing the best of both worlds together, where technology, imagination, movement and learning coexist in a highly engaging environment,” he said.

Malpani added that the new format, with relatively low capex, will complement Imagicaa’s outdoor park businesses and create cross-promotional opportunities with younger audiences and their parents, strengthening the brands connect with families across India.
