Awfis’ southern portfolio now spans over 3.1 million square feet of chargeable workspace area across key markets such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi.
The company’s centres are strategically located across prime commercial hubs, IT parks, and business districts, with Bengaluru emerging as its largest market, followed by Hyderabad and Chennai.

Awfis has witnessed robust traction from Global Capability Centres (GCCs), hosting marquee clients such as ABC Fitness, Meltwater, and Zinnov across its premium centres in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
The company currently works with over 80 unique GCC clients, contributing nearly 21% of its rental revenue, highlighting the growing importance of this segment.

Awfis serves more than 3,400 clients across India, with 64% comprising multinational corporations (MNCs), 25% SMEs and mid-sized corporate and the rest including startups and entrepreneurs. In South India, demand is largely driven by AI-led and technology companies, along with enterprises from other sectors.
Pan-India Scale And Capabilities
At the national level, Awfis Space Solutions operates over 250 centres across 18 cities, offering more than 175,000 seats.
The company has also delivered approximately 3 lakh square feet of design-and-build workspace in South India, enabling customised, enterprise-grade office environments tailored to client needs.
