New Delhi-based Sugs Lloyd Ltd has secured a ₹639.24-crore order from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of plant, along with SCADA-DMS systems, to be executed over 24 months.
The company said the order marks a transformational milestone, significantly boosting its order book and providing multi-year revenue visibility. The scale of the contract underlines Sugs Lloyd’s growing capability in executing large and complex engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, particularly in smart grid and power infrastructure.
Strategic expansion in T&D
The order also signals a strategic expansion of the company’s presence in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment, further diversifying its project portfolio and strengthening its engagement with government clients.
Chairman and Promoter Santosh Shah said: “The size and nature of this contract significantly enhance our revenue visibility and mark an important step in our journey towards scaling the business.
This order not only strengthens our presence in the Power Transmission and Distribution business but also positions us to participate in larger opportunities going forward, he said.
According to him, the company remain focused on disciplined execution, selective bidding, and maintaining financial prudence as it leverages this opportunity to drive sustainable growth.
Business profile and clientele
Founded in 2009, Sugs Lloyd operates across power T&D, solar and smart grid solutions, and has executed projects under schemes such as RDSS and IPDS. Its clientele includes major entities such as NTPC, Tata Power, Adani Renewables and Indian Railways, besides several State Discoms.
The company said it holds over 50% market share in fault passage indicator technology and continues to expand its footprint in the T&D and solar segments. For the first half of FY26, it reported revenue of ₹123 crore and a net profit of ₹12 crore.
