Legacy Of Responsible Enterprise
The Jamnalal Bajaj Awards, constituted in 1989, evaluate organisations across eight critical parameters including customer satisfaction, employee engagement, environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility. IHCL’s win signals its leadership in aligning business growth with responsible practices.
CFBP itself traces its origins to 1966, founded by stalwarts such as J. R. D. Tata, Ramkrishna Bajaj, Ashok Birla, Arvind Mafatlal, S. P. Godrej, Harish Mahindra and Naval Tata, with a vision to foster trust between businesses and consumers through fair practices.

IHCL continues to scale its global footprint with a portfolio of over 620 hotels, including 255 under development, spanning four continents, 14 countries and more than 250 locations. Its brand ecosystem, from Taj Hotels and Vivanta to Ginger Hotels, reflects a blend of Indian hospitality and global service standards.
Notably, Taj has been ranked the World’s Strongest Hotel Brand 2025 and India’s Strongest Brand 2025, reinforcing IHCL’s brand leadership on the global stage.
