LatentView Analytics, an AI-driven analytics, data engineering, and consulting firm, has completed a $3 million investment in Healtheon AI, an agentic AI start-up focused on the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) segment.

Strengthening AI-led growth vision

LatentView Analytics CEO Rajan Sethuraman, said: “This investment is a strategic step forward in line with our AI vision of prioritising advanced technology and proven expertise to deliver maximum value to our clients. With this investment, we are not only investing in healthcare; we are investing in an Agentic AI solution that solves a healthcare problem. LatentView will now be a preferred partner for the deployment of Healtheon AI with its customers.”

Partnership to build cognitive multi-agent platform

Healtheon AI, MD & CEO, Nick van Terheyden, said: “We are thrilled to welcome LatentView as an investor and strategic partner in Healtheon AI. Healtheon AI will build on LatentView’s global data analytics capability to deliver a unique cognitive multi-agent platform built specifically for healthcare RCM. We look forward to growing with this partnership.”

Advanced AI architecture for complex healthcare workflows

Unlike traditional automation tools, Healtheon AI’s architecture deploys specialised, role-based AI agents working together in a decentralised, fault-tolerant system capable of handling the complexity and high-stakes nature of healthcare finance.

From eligibility verification and prior authorisation to medical coding, claims processing, and denial remediation, Healtheon AI’s agents integrate seamlessly with human teams to navigate clinical, financial, and regulatory workflows with precision and resilience.

The system is designed for scalable, real-time deployment, with performance contracts anchored in quantifiable outcomes, including guaranteed reductions in RCM labour costs and denial leakage. The partnership will deploy ‘AI workers’ that predict, prescribe, and act in an explainable and compliant manner, significantly reducing administrative waste.

Investment structure and strategic alignment

LatentView Analytics CFO Rajan Venkatesan, said, “We are happy to successfully complete this strategic $3 million single tranche investment via a SAFE note. This investment is in line with our strategy of a build-invest-partner approach to become an AI-first and AI-led organisation. We see significant synergies from this partnership.”
