Royal Enfield, a global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, has expanded its 2026 Hunter 350 portfolio with the introduction of a new Base Premium variant along with two refreshed top-end trims.
New variants, fresh colourways
Building on the Hunter 350’s strong traction in urban markets since its 2022 debut, the company has introduced the Base Premium variant in Tarmac Black. Additionally, the top variants now feature two new colourways, Mumbai Yellow and Moonshot White.
The motorcycles were unveiled at HunterHood, Royal Enfield’s street culture platform, held in Lucknow.
Pricing and positioning
The Base Premium Tarmac Black is priced at ₹1,49,900, while the Mumbai Yellow and Moonshot White variants are priced at ₹1,69,804 each (all ex-showroom Chennai).
Enhanced entry-level offering
The new Base Premium variant strengthens the entry-level proposition with a more refined visual and interface package, while retaining the Hunter’s core DNA of effortless riding and intuitive control.
It creates a more natural progression within the line-up by incorporating select features from higher variants, making the upgrade path more compelling while maintaining clear differentiation.
Feature upgrades
Key updates include alloy wheels replacing spoke rims for improved practicality, an updated round halogen headlamp in line with the modern-retro design language, and a digi-analog instrument cluster paired with rotary switchgear for a more intuitive interface.
Additional enhancements include a stitched seat, sporty grab rail for improved comfort and finish, single-channel ABS, and a slip-and-assist clutch.
Top variants get distinctive design language
The new Mumbai Yellow colourway reflects a bold, urban identity inspired by the city’s energy, art and cultural dynamism.
Moonshot White, on the other hand, adopts a more narrative-driven design, drawing inspiration from Orion, the archetypal hunter, and incorporates celestial-themed, hand-rendered graphics that emphasise individuality and self-expression.
New variants to expand the Hunter’s footprint
Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer, Royal Enfield, said the Hunter 350 continues to resonate strongly with younger riders. “The Hunter 350 continues to connect with a new generation of riders who value simplicity, usability and a strong sense of identity. With the introduction of the Base Premium variant, we are enhancing the everyday riding experience while keeping the platform accessible to a wider audience. This will help expand the Hunter’s footprint beyond urban centres into smaller towns and rural markets,” he said.
