Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a leading real estate developer, for the first time achieved annual pre-sales of ₹30,024 crore for FY26 provisional and unaudited with a YoY of 76% over the corresponding period last year. This was also the highest ever pre-sale recorded so far.
The growth in Q4 for 10% accounting for pre-sales of ₹7,697 crore.
Sustained traction across key markets
Sales momentum remained consistent across both new launches and ongoing inventory, driven by steady demand for well-located, high-quality developments. Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai were the key geographies underpinning the year’s performance.
The broad-based contribution across cities reflects resilient end-user demand rather than concentration in any single market, a healthier signal for the sustainability of the growth.
A pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million sq ft
As of December 2025, the Prestige Group has delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million sq ft. It currently has a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million sq ft, spread across key urban centres.
The company continues to focus on scaling its presence while maintaining a disciplined and measured approach to growth.
Demand in key markets remain strong
