Satin Creditcare Accelerates Growth In FY26 With Strong AUM Expansion

NBFC-MFI Satin Creditcare Network Ltd delivered a strong financial performance in FY26, with its assets under management (AUM) growing by 19% year-on-year to reach ₹15,275 crore on a consolidated basis. This growth was driven by a steady increase in disbursements and enhanced operational capabilities.

Disbursement and borrower expansion

Disbursements rose by 17% YoY to ₹12,516 crore, reflecting the company’s ability to scale efficiently while maintaining credit discipline. During the financial year, Satin added 7,39,501 new borrowers, further strengthening its outreach across underserved segments.

Improved cost efficiency

The company reported improved credit cost efficiency, with FY26 credit costs ranging between 3.8%–4.0%, compared to 4.6% in FY25. Additionally, Satin reduced its marginal cost of borrowing by 49 basis points YoY, reinforcing its financial resilience.

Network expansion and strong presence

Satin expanded its physical footprint by adding 392 new branches during the year, including 25 branches in Q4FY26. This took the standalone branch count to 1,841 as of March 31, 2026, while the consolidated branch network stood at 2,015 branches.

Operational excellence and collection strength

The company achieved an impressive X-Bucket collection efficiency of 99.9% in March 2026, highlighting strong asset quality and disciplined recovery mechanisms.

Institutional credibility and funding flow

During FY26, Satin raised ₹10,830 crore through various debt instruments, demonstrating strong institutional trust and access to capital markets.

Workforce and sustainability milestone

Satin’s workforce expanded to 16,212 employees as of March 2026, supporting its growing operations. In a significant milestone, the company also achieved a debut score of 59 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, reflecting its commitment to sustainable growth.
