Adani Airport City Floats Four Entities To Expand Airport-Led Real Estate

Adani Airport City Ltd (AACL), a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), has incorporated four new entities with a paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh each.

The newly formed companies: Adani Mangaluru Airport City Ltd (AMACL), Adani Jaipur Airport City Ltd (AJACL), Adani Lucknow Airport City Ltd (ALACL) and Adani TRV Airport City Ltd (ATACL). These entitites will operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of AACL, with 100% ownership.

Focus On Airport-Centric Development

These entities will focus on real estate development, including activities related to owned or leased properties and construction projects executed either independently or on a contract basis.

The business scope also includes development of hospitality assets such as hotels, motels and resorts offering short-term lodging facilities.

Expanding airport ecosystem

The move aligns with the Adani Group’s strategy to build integrated airport ecosystems, leveraging real estate and commercial infrastructure around key airport hubs.

The development of airport cities is expected to enhance non-aeronautical revenue streams while strengthening the overall value proposition of airport assets.

Incidentally, Adani Airports Holdings Ltd operates eight airports in India that includes two in Mumbai, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Ahmedabad, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram.
