Nayasa Homeware, a home and kitchenware firm, has partnered with Unicommerce, a leading e-commerce platform, to streamline its online operations and improve fulfilment efficiency amid rising demand for home and kitchen essentials.
The move comes at a time when online demand for home and kitchen categories continues to accelerate across India, with consumers increasingly expecting faster deliveries, accurate inventory visibility and seamless returns.
Rising online demand
According to Unicommerce’s analysis of the Valentine’s sale period, the Home and Furniture category recorded a 46% YoY growth in order volumes and a 29% increase in gross merchandise value.
The trend reflects a broader consumer shift towards digital platforms for upgrading living spaces and purchasing everyday household essentials.
Backend optimisation
To address this demand, Nayasa has adopted Unicommerce’s integrated order and logistics management platform to streamline backend operations and automate order processing.
The integration will enable real-time stock visibility, reduce fulfilment errors and optimise courier allocation, thereby improving delivery timelines and operational efficiency.
Improving customer lifecycle
The partnership will also streamline returns management and enhance post-purchase communication, improving predictability and trust across the customer journey.
With the new technology stack, Nayasa aims to scale its online presence while maintaining consistency in service delivery.
