Costs Bite: Ducati India Set To Raise Prices On Select Models From June

CW Bureau ·

Ducati has announced a price increase on select models from its portfolio, effective June 1, 2026, on ex-showroom prices in India. The revision will apply to specific models and variants across all authorised dealerships in major cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

Inflation drives price correction
Ducati India, Managing Director, Bipul Chandra said: “Due to an increase in operational costs driven by overall inflation and rising commodity prices, this price correction will be introduced across selected models from the Ducati range while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning in the premium motorcycle segment.”

Strong product pipeline for 2026
Despite the price revision, 2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Ducati in India, with multiple launches lined up. The company has already entered a new segment with the launch of the Desmo450 MX in March. In April, the exclusive Panigale V4 Lamborghini is set to arrive as a rare collectible.

Upcoming launches to drive momentum
The pipeline includes the all-new Monster V2, Hypermotard V2, DesertX V2 and the new Multistrada V4 Rally. Ducati will also introduce Corse Editions of the Panigale V4 and Streetfighter V4 ranges before year-end. Additionally, the ultra-exclusive Superleggera V4 Centenario will arrive in extremely limited numbers, with all units already pre-booked.

Expanding after-sales footprint
In parallel, Ducati India has strengthened its after-sales network with the launch of service-only workshops in key locations such as Goa and Ahmedabad. These Ducati-authorised facilities are staffed by trained technicians and operate on par with full-fledged 3S dealerships, enhancing customer experience and support across markets.
