Fortune Primero Introduces Global Skybridge Trend In Bengaluru Homes

CW Bureau ·

Fortune Primero is introducing a network of six globally inspired skybridges at its upcoming residential project, Seven Sarjapur in Bengaluru. The move reflects a growing shift towards experience-led housing, where shared spaces, community interaction and design innovation are becoming central to urban living.

Global concept meets urban India
Widely seen across global cities, skybridges are increasingly being explored as a way to reimagine high-rise living beyond vertical isolation. By connecting towers at elevated levels, these structures create opportunities for movement, interaction and access to open environments within dense urban settings.

Six bridges, six distinct experiences
At Seven Sarjapur, the six skybridges are designed as immersive spaces inspired by global cultures and adapted for everyday use. The Nordic Aurora Bridge, inspired by Norway, offers a serene and contemplative setting for relaxation and mental reset.

South Korea’s Cyber Seoul Bridge brings a vibrant, tech-led environment with interactive and playful elements. The Victorian Circuit, drawing from London, is positioned as a refined, work-oriented space blending classic aesthetics with modern co-working functionality.

The Skyline Thread, inspired by New York, is designed as a dynamic social hub encouraging community interaction, while Kyoto’s Zen Passage creates a tranquil, family-focused environment rooted in the calm of traditional Japanese gardens.

Completing the network is Singapore’s Canopy Ribbon, a biophilic green corridor that integrates lush landscaping into elevated living spaces.

Designing for connection and wellbeing
Together, these skybridges form a multi-layered living ecosystem above ground, blending mobility, wellness and community into the daily rhythm of residential life. The concept reflects a broader evolution in housing design, where the emphasis is shifting towards creating meaningful shared experiences alongside private living spaces.

Perspective and project vision
Fortune Primero, Director, Residential Projects, Raahil Reddy said: “For us, it starts with understanding how people actually live their everyday lives. Today’s homebuyers are looking beyond just space, they are seeking comfort, connection and a better quality of life. As cities become denser, creating meaningful shared spaces becomes essential.”
