Leading hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has expanded its presence in Gujarat with the signing of a 90-key new property Lemon Tree Hotel, Garudeshwar.
With this addition, the company will have 32 properties in the State, comprising 11 operational hotels and 21 upcoming projects, underscoring its strategy to build scale across tourism- and pilgrimage-driven markets.
Strengthening presence in pilgrimage circuits
The 90-key hotel will be managed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd.
The upcoming hotel is well connected by road, with Vadodara International Airport located approximately 85 km away and Ekta Nagar Railway Station around 5 km from the property.
Emerging destination
Gujarat continues to witness strong growth in tourism, supported by landmark attractions such as the Statue of Unity and rising interest in spiritual and cultural travel.
Garudeshwar is emerging as an important destination within this ecosystem, benefiting from its proximity to key attractions and improving infrastructure, which is driving a steady flow of visitors.
Leadership comment

“Our focus has been to build presence in such locations, where we see sustained demand supported by strong travel circuits. This signing reflects that approach and allows us to further strengthen our presence in Gujarat,” he added.
