IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the hotel will further strengthen IHG’s presence in Tamil Nadu and reinforce its focus on high-growth industrial and commercial markets across India.
