Espire Hospitality Ltd has entered into an agreement with JW Marriott Resort & Spa to manage its upcoming ultra-luxury resort in Vrindavan, marking a significant expansion of its premium portfolio.
The 14-acre project, slated to open in January 2029, will feature 151 keys, including luxury rooms, villas with cascading waterfalls, and a Presidential Suite, aimed at delivering a high-end experiential stay.

Portfolio and pipeline
Espire Hospitality manages a portfolio of 20 hotels and resorts, including properties such as Six Senses Fort Barwara, boutique brand ZANA – luxury resorts, and the mid-market chain Country Inn Hotels and Resorts.
The company plans to open 15 new hotels and resorts by the end of FY27 as part of its expansion strategy. Backed by the diversified Espire Group, which operates across hospitality, IT solutions and education, the company is positioning itself for sustained growth in the premium and luxury segments.
