Delhivery Elevates 6 Senior Leaders To Executive Roles Amid Expansion

Delhivery, largest logistics services provider, has elevated six senior leaders to executive leadership positions as the company sharpens focus on operational scale, network efficiency, and long-term growth strategy.

The appointments, effective immediately, reflect Delhivery’s continued organisational expansion and its emphasis on building a strong internal leadership pipeline.

Arun Bagavathi appointed COO – Network Operations
Arun Bagavathi has been elevated as Chief Operating Officer – Network Operations. Arun has been leading Delhivery’s network operations, fleet management, and control tower functions. In his new role, he will oversee enterprise-wide performance and efficiency across the company’s nationwide logistics network.

Prashant Gazipur to lead in-city operations
Prashant Gazipur has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – In-city Operations. He has played a key role in scaling Delhivery’s last-mile delivery network and urban logistics capabilities. Going forward, he will lead city-level operations strategy, including expansion of last-mile franchise pickup and drop operations.

Nikhil Ummat takes charge of engineering and automation
Nikhil Ummat has been appointed Chief Operating Officer – Engineering and Automation. Nikhil has led Delhivery’s automation initiatives, fulfilment centre operations, and the company’s proprietary drone and robotics programmes under Delhivery Robotics. He will now drive the company’s engineering and automation infrastructure strategy.

Sunny Raja named Chief Procurement Officer
He previously led Delhivery’s procurement and commercial functions, helping build scalable and cost-efficient supply-side capabilities. In his expanded role, he will oversee capex strategy, partner management, and commercial optimisation initiatives.

Varun Bakshi appointed Chief Sales Officer
Varun has been instrumental in expanding the company’s Part Truckload (PTL) business and strengthening enterprise customer relationships across sectors. He will now lead Delhivery’s direct and cross-selling strategy across business verticals and customer segments.

Vikas Kapoor takes over as Chief Strategy Officer
Having led Delhivery’s Full Truckload (FTL) business, Vikas brings strong commercial and market expertise. In his new role, he will drive the company’s long-term strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and cross-functional alignment.

Leadership bench strengthens for next growth phase
