Zithara.AI Forays Into Australia, Signs Ernesto Buono As First Local Client

CW Bureau ·

Zithara.AI, an AI first consumer intelligence platform, has announced its entry into the Australian market with the onboarding of Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery as its first customer in the region.

The expansion marks the launch of Zithara.AI’s unified AI stack in Australia, bringing together customer relationship management (CRM), customer data platform (CDP), marketing automation, conversational AI, omnichannel communication and online reputation management into a single platform tailored for consumer-focused businesses.

Launch includes Meta and Google integrations
As part of the Australia rollout, Zithara.AI also introduced proprietary Meta and Google integrations aimed at enabling closed-loop attribution for offline retail businesses.

The platform is designed to help brands directly connect digital engagement, social media interactions and advertising spends with in-store visits, customer conversations and final purchases, enabling retailers to measure business impact and return on ad spend (ROAS) more effectively.

Unlike conventional CRM platforms that primarily cater to B2B workflows, Zithara.AI said its platform is purpose-built for consumer-facing businesses operating across physical stores, websites, WhatsApp and social media channels. The solution enables retailers to centralise customer intelligence and build a unified 360-degree customer view.

Ernesto Buono to unify customer journeys
Under the partnership, Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery will deploy Zithara.AI’s AI-native CRM platform to integrate customer interactions across in-store consultations, WhatsApp conversations, Instagram and Facebook engagement, Google reviews and digital campaigns into a single intelligence layer.

The luxury jewellery brand aims to centralise customer data, automate personalised engagement workflows, improve retention and drive repeat purchases while preserving the personalised luxury experience associated with the brand.

Zithara.AI  Founder  Varun Kashyap said luxury retail is built on relationships and personalised experiences, adding that the platform helps brands unify every customer touchpoint into a single intelligent ecosystem.

“From WhatsApp inquiries and social engagement to in-store purchases, retailers can now build stronger and more measurable customer relationships powered by AI,” he said.

Co founder Sridevi Reddy said Australia has been a strategic market for the company as retailers increasingly seek data-driven engagement and measurable marketing outcomes.

“Through this expansion, we aim to help consumer brands bridge the gap between online engagement and offline retail experiences while improving customer retention, repeat purchases and overall customer lifetime value,” she added.

Expanding international footprint
The Australia launch further strengthens Zithara.AI’s international expansion across consumer retail markets.

The company currently supports over 500 retailers across India and Southeast Asia. According to the company, businesses using the platform have reported up to threefold growth in repeat purchases, 28% improvement in customer retention, 25% increase in customer acquisition, 25% higher WhatsApp conversion rates and 60% growth in customer lifetime value.
