BLS International Reports 29% Rise In Q4 Profit, FY26 PAT Crosses ₹723 Cr

BLS International Services Ltd, an Indian multinational corporation and trusted global AI & tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, has reported a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of ₹186.9 crore for the March quarter of FY26, registering a growth of 28.7% compared to ₹145.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations for the quarter rose 17.6% to ₹814.6 crore from ₹692.8 crore in Q4FY25.

FY26 profit rises 34%
For the full financial year FY26, the company posted a PAT of ₹723.8 crore as against ₹539.6 crore in the previous year, marking a growth of 34.1%.

Revenue from operations for FY26 increased 36.7% to ₹2,998.2 crore compared to ₹2,193.3 crore in FY25.

BLS International Services Ltd Joint Managing Director Shikhar Aggarwal said, “The company delivered its highest-ever performance in FY26 across all key metrics, reflecting strong execution capabilities, scalable operating model, and deepening government partnerships.”

He added that the company’s visa and consular services business continued to witness strong profitability, supported by the transition to a self-managed operating model.

According to the company, the shift enabled EBITDA margin expansion of over 560 basis points in the visa and consular segment, with segment EBITDA margins reaching 40.1% during FY26.

Visa business drives growth
The visa and consular business reported revenue of ₹471.7 crore in Q4FY26, up 7% year-on-year from ₹440.8 crore.

EBITDA for the segment grew 19% to ₹179.5 crore, while EBITDA margins improved to 38.1% from 34.2% a year ago.

BLS International processed 10.8 lakh visa applications during the quarter, reflecting a 9.8% increase over the previous year. Net revenue per application rose 9.4% to ₹3,444.

The company said it secured several contracts during the year, including a contract from India’s Ministry of External Affairs for visa application centres in China, a global contract from the Slovak Republic and contracts from Cyprus across multiple countries.

Digital business expands
Revenue from the company’s digital business increased 36% year-on-year to ₹342.8 crore during the quarter.

The segment’s growth was driven by expansion in the business correspondent and loan distribution businesses. Gross transaction value in the business correspondent segment crossed ₹31,000 crore during Q4FY26, while the company generated loan leads worth more than ₹12,000 crore for financial institutions.

At the end of the quarter, BLS International’s digital business network included over 45,800 customer service points and more than 1.55 lakh touchpoints across markets.
