Dr Agarwal’s Health Care Q4 Net Up 17%; Revenue Increases 23%

Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Ltd, India’s largest eye care service chain, reported a 17% increase in consolidated net profit for the March quarter at ₹50 crore over the year-ago period.

Revenue from operations grew 23% to ₹564 crore. Revenue from India operations rose 22% to ₹505 crore, while revenue from mature facilities increased 31% to ₹420 crore.

Sale of services contributed 77.5% and sale of products accounted for 22.5% of total revenue from operations.

Revenue Crosses ₹2,000 Crore

Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care CEO Adil Agarwal, said: “”FY6 has been a landmark year for Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care on every dimension. For the first time in our history, we crossed ₹2,000 crore in revenues from operations.”

Adds 57 Facilities In FY26

The company commissioned 57 new facilities during FY26, averaging nearly one new facility every week, entering 26 new cities and taking its overall network to 288 facilities across 10 countries.

Of the 57 additions, 30 were surgical centres aimed at strengthening clinical capacity.

Delhi NCR Expansion Through Organic Growth

According to the company, its entry into Delhi NCR through organic expansion has been a key milestone, with six facilities becoming operational across the region within 12 months.

“We enter FY27 with strong momentum, conviction, and a clear plan to expand faster, deliver ever higher standards of clinical excellence, and serve more patients than ever before,” Agarwal said.
