Samarth E-Mobility Launches Avore Electric, Bets On In-House Expertise

CW Bureau ·

Samarth E-Mobility Pvt Ltd has unveiled Avore Electric, its new electric mobility brand, marking its entry into India’s fast-growing electric two-wheeler market with a technology-first approach built around in-house engineering and intelligence-led design.

The launch has been accompanied by a brand film, website and social media platforms, introducing Avore Electric’s vision of creating electric motorcycles where intelligence forms the foundation of the product rather than being an add-on feature.

Built around intelligence-first philosophy
Avore Electric has been developed around the principle of “start with intelligence, then build the motorcycle around it”, a philosophy reflected in its brand tagline, ‘Intelligence Beyond Motion’.

The company said its focus is on engineering critical technologies internally to create a tightly integrated ecosystem that enhances vehicle performance, software capabilities and the overall ownership experience.

More than 100 engineers develop core technologies
Over the past three years, Samarth E-Mobility’s team of more than 100 engineers has developed over nine critical vehicle systems entirely in-house at its Ahmedabad-based R&D centre.

These include a patented battery management system (BMS), battery pack, motor, motor controller, power control module, DC-DC converter, onboard fast charger, display system and proprietary operating system.

The company has also filed more than 110 intellectual properties to date, underscoring its focus on innovation and technology ownership.

Proprietary platform powers ecosystem
At the core of Avore Electric’s technology stack are AVORE Source, the company’s proprietary technology platform, and the AVR architecture, a purpose-built two-wheeler platform designed to integrate all major vehicle subsystems.

The company said this vertically integrated approach gives it greater control over vehicle performance, software integration, reliability and rider experience while enabling faster diagnostics, reduced downtime and continuous software-driven improvements.

Targeting India’s largest motorcycle segment
Avore Electric’s first range of motorcycles will target riders in the 125cc-200cc segment, one of India’s largest commuter and lifestyle motorcycle categories.

The company said the motorcycles are being developed for customers looking for a practical electric alternative without compromising on performance, reliability or everyday usability. The products are being engineered specifically for Indian riding conditions and evolving consumer expectations.

Market entry strategy takes shape
Avore Electric plans to build its market presence through product-led storytelling, consumer education initiatives, full-stack component development and a differentiated ownership experience designed around the intelligence embedded across its vehicles.

Samarth E-Mobility Co-founder Priyank Rakholiya said, “For three years, we asked ourselves a simple question, why does India’s most widely used personal vehicle incorporate so little intelligence. We realised the answer wasn’t a missing feature, it was a missing commitment. True intelligence cannot be assembled from off-the-shelf components; it must be engineered from the ground up. That’s why we built every critical system in-house. Engineering excellence in intelligence is not a claim for us; it’s a methodology that shapes every decision we make.”

Product launches planned
The launch of the Avore Electric brand marks the beginning of a broader market-entry roadmap for the company. Samarth E-Mobility said product announcements and marketing campaigns for its first range of electric motorcycles will be unveiled in the coming months as it prepares to enter the Indian market.
