Reliance Infrastructure Incorporates Three AI-Focused Subsidiaries

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., part of the Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group, has expanded its presence in the artificial intelligence (AI) space by establishing three dedicated subsidiaries focused on AI and allied technology-driven services.

As part of its strategy to participate in the rapidly evolving AI and new-age technology sectors, the company has incorporated artificial intelligence and technology-enabled services into its business framework through the subsidiaries.

New entities

The subsidiaries have been titled Reliance AI World Pvt Ltd, Reliance AI Apex Pvt Ltd and Reliance AI One Pvt Ltd.

The company said the move is aimed at creating an enabling platform to pursue opportunities in AI and related technology segments, which are expected to play an increasingly important role across industries.

Technology focus

Reliance Infrastructure said the initiative forms part of its broader strategy to explore emerging technology-led business opportunities and strengthen its presence in future-oriented sectors.

The new entities are expected to focus on developing AI and predictive technology-driven solutions for areas such as infrastructure, smart cities and power distribution.
