Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has sold homes worth more than ₹2,000 crore at its residential project, Godrej Vanantara, located off Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru.
Launched in the first week of June 2026, the project recorded sales of more than 1,000 homes during the launch week, making it one of the most successful residential launches in the South Bengaluru market.
Large-scale development
Godrej Vanantara is among GPL’s largest residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of 3.53 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,700 crore.
Spread across 36 acres, the project features landscaped open spaces, a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, low-density planning and more than 50 lifestyle amenities.
South Bengaluru demand
According to the company, Bannerghatta Road is emerging as a key residential corridor in South Bengaluru, supported by upcoming metro connectivity, proximity to employment hubs and growing demand for planned residential communities.
The project has been designed to cater to homebuyers seeking a balance between urban convenience and green living spaces.
Customer preferences
“The response to Godrej Vanantara reflects a clear evolution in customer priorities in South Bengaluru towards homes that deliver better design, liveability and everyday experience,” Godrej Properties Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Gaurav Pandey said.
“The strong traction we’ve seen reinforces our belief that a customer-first approach, backed by thoughtful planning and execution, will continue to shape the future of residential development,” he added.
