Leading realtor Prestige Group in partnership with Bengaluru Airport City Ltd. (BACL) has announced plans to develop an integrated convention, hospitality and commercial destination within Bengaluru Airport City, anchored by a state-of-the-art convention centre.
The project is designed as a mixed-use development comprising a convention and exhibition centre, luxury hotels under the St. Regis and Marriott Marquis brands, premium office spaces, and curated food and beverage offerings. The development aims to create a business, hospitality and cultural hub within a seamlessly connected urban ecosystem.
Located within Bengaluru Airport City, the project is expected to cater to global travellers, event organisers, corporates, visitors and residents, while enhancing Bengaluru’s position as an international business and tourism destination.
Integrated destination
The development marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Bengaluru Airport City, which is being positioned as a centre for commerce, collaboration and lifestyle experiences. By combining convention infrastructure, hospitality assets and commercial spaces, the project seeks to create a destination that supports business events, corporate activities and leisure experiences.
