IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, has signed a management agreement with Circle View Estate Pvt Ltd to develop voco Udaipur, marking another step in the expansion of its premium hospitality portfolio in India.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029, the 140-key greenfield hotel will strengthen the growth of IHG’s fastest-growing premium brand in one of India’s most prominent leisure and cultural destinations.

Located in the foothills of the Aravalli range and overlooking the city, voco Udaipur will offer a premium hospitality experience designed for both leisure and business travellers.
Udaipur continues to witness strong demand from domestic and international tourists owing to its rich heritage, scenic beauty and growing prominence as a destination for weddings, meetings and events, making it an attractive market for premium hotel brands.

Upon completion, voco Udaipur will feature 140 guestrooms and suites along with two food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant and a bar.
