Leading real estate developer Prestige Estates has launched the next phase of its plotted development, Prestige Gardenia Estates, in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, further strengthening its presence in one of the city’s fastest-growing residential corridors.

Strategically located in North Bengaluru, the project offers connectivity to key infrastructure hubs, including Kempegowda International Airport, NH 44, the Satellite Town Ring Road, major IT parks, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail destinations.

The company said the development has been designed to cater to growing demand for integrated plotted communities that combine connectivity, sustainability and lifestyle infrastructure.

Prestige Gardenia Estates has received a strong response from homebuyers, with the newly launched phase reportedly selling out at launch. The performance reflects sustained demand for plotted developments in North Bengaluru, particularly in areas benefiting from infrastructure expansion and proximity to the airport corridor.
Growth pipeline
Prestige Group, one of India’s largest real estate developers, has built a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township projects over nearly four decades.
As of March 2026, the group had delivered 316 projects covering 212 million sq ft. It currently has a development pipeline of 135 projects spanning 227 million sq ft across major Indian cities.
