Premium education institute Amity University Bengaluru and L&T Technology Services Ltd (LTTS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen industry-academia collaboration, promote research and enhance skill development in emerging technologies.
A key feature of the partnership is the establishment of an E-Mobility Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Amity University Bengaluru, with LTTS serving as the knowledge partner.
Centre of Excellence
The Centre of Excellence will focus on research, innovation and skill development in areas such as electric mobility, industrial automation, sensing systems, building automation technologies and data analytics.
The initiative aims to create a collaborative ecosystem for knowledge exchange and technology development aligned with Industry 4.0 and sustainable growth objectives.
Collaboration areas
Under the agreement, the two organisations will undertake joint research projects, faculty and student exchange programmes, internships, technical workshops and guest lectures by industry experts.
Students will also gain access to LTTS’s innovation programmes, including TECHgium, helping strengthen industry engagement and improve career opportunities.

The collaboration is expected to support the development of future-ready talent and accelerate innovation in technology-led sectors.
