Lava International Ltd has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of the Smart 4 Plus, marking the debut of its new Smart series targeted at the under-₹10,000 segment. Positioned as a “No Tension Phone”, the device is aimed at young consumers seeking a stylish, durable and reliable smartphone for everyday use.
Priced at ₹9,999, the Smart 4 Plus is available through Lava retail outlets across India.
Focus on design, durability and battery
The Smart 4 Plus features a 17.13 cm (6.75-inch) HD display, designed to offer an immersive viewing experience for video streaming, entertainment and daily usage.
Powered by the UNISOC 9863A octa-core processor, the smartphone comes with 4GB RAM, along with support for up to 4GB virtual RAM, and 64GB internal storage for smooth multitasking.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W Type-C charging, enabling extended usage for work, travel and entertainment.
Camera and software
The smartphone is equipped with a 13MP AI dual rear camera and a 5MP front camera for everyday photography.
Running on Android 15 Go, the Smart 4 Plus comes with two years of assured security updates. It also carries an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, providing protection against dust and accidental splashes.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports Dual SIM (4G+4G) with Band 28 support and includes features such as conference calling, anonymous call recording and auto call recording.
Free home service
Continuing its customer service initiatives, Lava is offering Free Service @ Home with the Smart 4 Plus, providing after-sales support to customers across India.
