NCR-based Karyan Group has performed the Bhoomi Poojan for its recently launched luxury residential project, Trevana Residences, on NH-24 opposite Wave City in Ghaziabad, marking the formal commencement of construction.
The company is investing ₹900 crore in the project and expects to generate nearly ₹1,500 crore in revenue, driven by rising demand for premium housing in emerging NCR micro-markets.
Project marks construction milestone
The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony was attended by the company’s leadership and well-wishers, symbolising the official start of development at the site. Karyan Group said the ceremony underscores its commitment to timely execution and delivery while reaffirming its vision of creating a landmark residential community along the rapidly developing NH-24 corridor.
Premium homes with lifestyle amenities
Trevana Residences will offer 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments featuring spacious layouts, modern amenities and sustainable infrastructure. The project is aimed at affluent homebuyers and investors seeking premium residential options in the high-growth NH-24 belt.
Located with connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Meerut, the development will also benefit from proximity to the upcoming metro network, educational institutions, hospitals, retail destinations and business hubs.
The project will feature a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, landscaped green spaces, bowling alley, pickleball court, cricket pitch, paddle court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centres, jogging tracks and smart security systems. Sustainability features include rainwater harvesting and solar-powered common areas. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030.
