Tech Mahindra Ltd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tech Mahindra Serviços de Informatica S.A., has acquired a 100% stake in Brazil-based Alyis Serviços Tecnicos LTDA for ₹2.21 crore.
The acquisition follows the execution of a Quota Purchase Agreement with Orange Business Services Brasil LTDA on July 1.
Upon completion, Alyis Serviços will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra Serviços and a step-down subsidiary of Tech Mahindra.
Strengthens LATAM presence
Incorporated in Rio de Janeiro, Alyis Serviços employs about 270 professionals and provides IT services to telecom sector companies across the Latin American region.
The acquisition forms part of Tech Mahindra’s strategic partnership with Orange Business, which includes outsourcing selected international operations covering global customer support, quote-to-bill and post-sale support.

Tech Mahindra said the acquisition will strengthen its delivery capabilities in Latin America and enable seamless support for Orange Business customers in the region.
