Bahwan CyberTek (BCT), a global digital transformation and AI-driven technology solutions company, has appointed Amrinder Singh as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the company’s next phase of global growth and AI-led transformation.

The appointment comes at a time when enterprises worldwide are shifting from labour-intensive delivery models to autonomous, AI- and agent-driven operations. BCT said Singh will lead the company in helping customers translate AI investments into measurable business outcomes while strengthening client relationships, expanding its presence in key markets and accelerating its global footprint.

Industry veteran to lead next growth phase
Singh brings more than 27 years of experience in the global IT services industry. Before joining BCT, he spent 12 years at Hexaware Technologies, most recently serving as President and Head of EMEA & APAC, where he also led the company’s Global Capability Centres (GCC) business.

He began his career with HCL Technologies in 1999 and held leadership roles across India, Europe and the Middle East. Throughout his career, Singh has built expertise in scaling global businesses, building high-performing teams, driving innovation and creating customer-centric organisations.

Focus on AI, partnerships and global expansion
Under Singh’s leadership, BCT plans to expand investments in next-generation AI and agentic capabilities, strengthen strategic technology partnerships, enhance its global delivery network and deepen engagement with customers and employees.

The company aims to position itself as a trusted AI-led transformation partner for enterprises navigating large-scale digital adoption.
