Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd (CleanMax) commissioned a record 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during the first quarter of FY2027, marking its highest-ever quarterly commissioning performance and expanding its operational portfolio to 4.2 GW.
The company said the milestone underscores its execution capabilities and reinforces its leadership in India’s commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy segment.
Operational portfolio expands to 4.2 GW
The record capacity addition increased CleanMax’s operational renewable energy portfolio from 3.6 GW as of March 2026 to 4.2 GW by the end of June 2026.
The company said the achievement reflects rising corporate demand for renewable energy solutions in India and its ability to execute projects at scale, enabling customers to accelerate their transition to clean energy.
RE power sales business drives growth
CleanMax’s renewable energy power sales business, which accounts for the bulk of its operational portfolio, reached 3.5 GW after commissioning 403 MW during the quarter.
The newly commissioned assets span solar, wind and hybrid projects developed to meet long-term renewable energy requirements of commercial and industrial customers.
The largest capacity additions came from Gujarat (170 MW), Karnataka (160 MW) and Maharashtra (110 MW), with additional projects commissioned in Haryana and Chhattisgarh.
Overall, the company commissioned projects across 11 sites in five states during the quarter.
RE services portfolio reaches 700 MW
Following the latest additions, CleanMax’s total operational portfolio comprises 3.5 GW under its renewable energy power sales business and 700 MW under its renewable energy services business.
The company said these assets provide large-scale, customised renewable energy solutions to corporate customers across Asia.
Highlights customer demand
CleanMax Founder and Managing Director Kuldeep Jain said crossing the 500 MW commissioning milestone in a single quarter reflects the growing demand from commercial and industrial customers.
He said the milestone also represents an important expansion of the company’s operating portfolio and long-term customer partnerships.
“Our focus remains on timely execution and creating long-term value for customers and shareholders. As India’s largest pure-play C&I renewable energy company, we will continue to support our customers through the next phase of their energy transition,” Jain said.
Wins major corporate customers
During the period, CleanMax secured new business from several leading technology, data centre and industrial companies, including Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and GACL.
The company said the customer wins highlight the increasing adoption of renewable energy solutions among large commercial and industrial enterprises.
