AI-driven analytics, data engineering and consulting firm LatentView Analytics has appointed finance leader Sudha Sankaran as an Independent Director on its Board, strengthening its corporate governance as the company expands its global analytics and AI-led consulting business.
In her new role, Sudha Sankaran will provide strategic oversight on corporate governance, financial strategy and operational excellence as LatentView continues to scale its international operations.
Brings global finance expertise
Sudha Sankaran brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, P&L management and strategic business transformation in multiple global industries.
She currently serves as Managing Director of Alstom Global Finance Centres and has been associated with the company for over a decade. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance leadership positions at General Motors Technical Centre India, Ford Motor Company, and several other organisations in India and the United States.
She is recognised for driving organisational transformation, finance modernisation, change management and cost optimisation initiatives. She has also championed diversity and inclusion efforts by leading Women’s Councils and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committees across organisations.

The appointment comes as LatentView Analytics continues to strengthen its AI-driven analytics and consulting capabilities for global enterprises.

Sudha holds an MBA in General Management from Simmons University, USA, and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant. She has also served in various leadership and board-level roles, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
