IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation has partnered with Madhubun Educational Books and BodhBridge Education to roll out industry-focused learning programmes for school students and educators across India, aiming to equip them with future-ready skills aligned with emerging industry requirements.
The initiative will offer a range of free online courses delivered through live interactive sessions by industry experts, supported by course materials, case studies and recorded sessions. Participants can also opt for an online certification examination by paying a nominal fee to receive a performance-based certificate from IITM Pravartak.
The first batch of the programme will commence on August 7, while registrations will remain open until August 3.
Focus on future-ready skills
The courses are designed for students from Classes 7 to 12 and educators, with an emphasis on bridging the gap between classroom education and real-world industry requirements.
The student curriculum includes courses on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Computational Thinking, Design Thinking and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking and Storytelling, and Financial Literacy.
For teachers, the programme offers specialised training in career counselling, classroom management and student engagement, leadership development, and storytelling techniques.
Besides online classes, the programmes will also be delivered through on-campus school models and immersive sessions at IITM Research Park, IITM Pravartak and partner institutions.
Bridging academia and industry
IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation General Manager Meenakshi Chidambaram said India’s rapidly evolving economy requires learners to acquire interdisciplinary skills alongside academic knowledge.
“India’s rapidly evolving economy demands not only technical knowledge but also interdisciplinary skills. These programmes are designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, preparing students and educators for emerging opportunities in innovation-driven sectors,” she said.
She added that the initiative aims to create a more resilient and industry-aligned learning ecosystem by equipping learners and institutions with practical skills.
Making quality learning accessible
Under the partnership, Madhubun Educational Books will serve as the official learning solutions partner, working closely with schools to facilitate programme implementation and provide end-to-end support.
Madhubun Educational Books CEO Naveen Rajlani said the collaboration would enable schools to provide students and teachers with access to future-focused education beyond conventional textbooks.

Certification and flexible learning
Participating schools will gain access to expert-led programmes, flexible online, offline and blended learning formats, and opportunities for certification. The initiative also focuses on experiential learning to help students develop practical competencies relevant to future careers.
Interested students and educators can register through the dedicated programme portal, with certification available through an optional online examination.
