Integrated wealth and asset management platform Neo Group has signed definitive agreements to raise approximately ₹350 crore in a funding round led by Peak XV Partners, reinforcing investor confidence as the company accelerates its next phase of expansion.
The latest investment marks a deeper commitment from Peak XV Partners, Neo Group’s earliest institutional investor. The transaction is expected to close shortly.
The fresh capital comes close on the heels of TVS Capital’s ₹550 crore investment in Neo Group, underscoring continued backing from leading institutional investors for the rapidly growing wealth management platform.
Expanding wealth management footprint
Neo Group has emerged as one of India’s fast-growing integrated wealth and asset management firms. The company has nearly ₹3,000 crore in equity capital, manages around ₹1.30 lakh crore in client assets, and oversees ₹50,000 crore of annualised recurring revenue (ARR) assets.
The platform has established operations across more than 30 cities through a network of over 850 professionals, including 150 senior wealth advisors recruited from leading global private banking institutions.
The company follows what it describes as a high-trust, high-touch and high-tech operating model, combining personalised advisory services with technology-driven investment solutions.
Strengthening investment capabilities
Neo Group’s wealth management business provides clients with access to experienced investment specialists, while its asset management platform focuses on alternative investment strategies spanning private credit, infrastructure and private equity.
The company said the fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen its talent pool, enhance technology infrastructure and expand its product offerings as it broadens its national presence.
Building a long-term institution
Neo Group Chairman & Managing Director Nitin Jain said the company’s focus has always been on building a long-term institution with strong governance, disciplined capital allocation and a client-first approach.
“Our objective has always been to build an enduring institution with strong governance, disciplined capital allocation, and client-first alignment. This fundraise gives us the capital and long-term partnership to keep building for the future—investing in talent, technology, and new product capabilities as we expand our presence across India,” he said.
Confidence in Neo Group’s execution
Peak XV Partners Managing Director Sakshi Chopra said the investment reflects the firm’s continued confidence in Neo Group’s execution capabilities and long-term vision.
“We have believed in Neo’s vision from the early days, and continue to be impressed by the strength of the platform Nitin and the team are building. As India’s wealth management market evolves and demand for more sophisticated financial solutions grows, Neo stands out for its deep advisory talent, institutional approach, and strong client alignment. We’re excited to deepen our partnership as they continue building for the long term,” she said.
