Wiffy, India’s organised post-sales installation and home services platform, has raised $3 million in a Series A funding round to expand its technology platform and strengthen AI-powered workforce management.
The company will also use the funds to deepen enterprise partnerships and accelerate expansion into new service categories.
Funding and growth
The funding round was led by Earth Fund with participation from Japan’s Persol Holdings and existing investor Capria Ventures.
Wiffy provides post-sales installation and service support for more than 100 brands and enterprise partners, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich and Amazon.
AI-driven platform
The company operates a network of over 5,000 certified technicians supported by its proprietary AI-powered SaaS platform.
The platform automates technician scheduling, deployment and quality assurance, helping brands deliver a seamless customer experience before and after the sale.
Investor confidence
Earth Fund Head Abhay Garg said, “India is not yet a DIY country and needs skilled manpower to install and service products across consumer durables, furniture, home appliances and more. That has made Wiffy a trusted execution partner for brands.”
Capria Ventures, Co-founder & Managing Partner, Will Poole, said, “The future of work in India isn’t about AI replacing people; it’s about making millions of new good jobs. Wiffy is a live example.”
Expansion plans
Wiffy Technology Co-Founder & CEO Vikram Sharma said “India’s home improvement market is scaling rapidly, but the field services and post-purchase experience has remained fragmented for decades. Our vision is to build the technology and skilled workforce infrastructure that enables every leading brand to deliver a world-class customer experience consistently at scale.”
Since inception, Wiffy has served more than one million homes across over 100 cities. The company said its demand comes directly from brand and enterprise partners, resulting in a business model with virtually no customer acquisition cost.
