Growthmind’s ₹100-Cr Fund Raise To Expand BOQ Platforms In 10 Cities

CW Bureau ·

Bengaluru-based startup Growthmind Enterprises plans to raise more than ₹100 crore to expand its Bill of Quantities (BOQ)-based platforms, Construction Managers and Interior Managers, across 10 Indian cities simultaneously.

The company is in discussions with leading investors to raise around $12 million over the next few months.

Expansion plans

Growthmind said the capital will be deployed upfront to launch operations in all 10 cities simultaneously, instead of expanding one city at a time.

The rollout will begin in Bengaluru and extend to Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Noida & Greater Noida, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Indore and Surat from October 2026.

Leadership comment

“The expansion targets a largely unorganised market. Rather than scaling city by city, we will deploy the entire fund raise upfront so that all 10 cities launch together from day one, giving both platforms access to the customer base, vendor networks and local teams needed to operate at scale from the outset,” said Growthmind Enterprises Founder Sanchit Gaurav.

The company said customers pay material suppliers and contractors directly, while its fee is linked to completing projects on time and within budget.

Growth outlook

Growthmind is targeting more than 125% combined revenue growth over the two years following the expansion, with revenue projected to increase from ₹98.6 crore in FY27 to ₹225.7 crore in FY29.

Combined net EBITDA is projected to rise from ₹49.4 crore to ₹176.5 crore during the same period.

The company expects both platforms to become profitable in FY27 and projects a combined net cash flow of more than ₹351 crore over 42 months through its asset-light business model with zero inventory.

Business model

Construction Managers is India’s first BOQ-based home construction company, where customers pay material vendors and labour contractors directly without advance payments, mark-ups or lump-sum contracts.

Interior Managers follows a similar BOQ-based cost-plus model for interior design, offering milestone-based payments and factory quality checks before product delivery.

Market opportunity

Growthmind said India’s interiors market is estimated at $35.48 billion in 2026 and is projected to reach $65.01 billion by 2031, creating significant opportunities for organised and technology-driven project execution.
