Inox Wind Ltd (IWL) has secured a repeat 200 MW turnkey wind energy order from state-owned NLC India Ltd, strengthening its execution pipeline and taking its total order book to 4.7 GW.
The contract, valued at around ₹1,600 crore, will be executed on a turnkey basis, with Inox Wind handling the complete project lifecycle, including the supply of wind turbine generators, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), as well as post-commissioning operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
The project is scheduled to be commissioned within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LoA).
Order book swells to 4.7 GW
With the latest order, Inox Wind’s order book has grown to 4.7 GW, comprising a diversified mix of commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs).
The company said the balanced customer portfolio provides strong revenue visibility while reinforcing its leadership in meeting India’s growing renewable energy requirements.
The repeat order from NLC India also highlights customer confidence in Inox Wind’s turnkey execution capabilities and technology offerings.
Turnkey capabilities
Under the agreement, Inox Wind will undertake end-to-end project execution, covering equipment supply, EPC activities and long-term operations and maintenance services.
The company said the order further strengthens its position as one of India’s leading integrated wind energy solutions providers with proven expertise in delivering large-scale wind power projects.
