Realty developer Prestige Group has entered into a strategic partnership to develop a landmark residential project in Thane with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹6,000 crore.
Spread across 14.6 acres, the project will have a developable potential of over 5 million sq. ft., making it one of the largest residential developments in the Thane micro-market.
Large-scale development
Located near Kolshet–Balkum Road in Thane, the project offers connectivity to key business districts, major road networks, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and established social infrastructure.
“This project marks another significant milestone in Prestige Group’s continued expansion in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Thane has emerged as one of the region’s most dynamic residential markets, driven by robust infrastructure development and sustained housing demand,” said Prestige Group Chairman & Managing Director Irfan Razack.

The collaboration combines Prestige Group’s expertise in delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments with the local market knowledge of its development partner.
The partners said the project aims to create a landmark residential destination that will contribute to Thane’s evolving urban landscape.
The development will be executed in phases, subject to the required statutory and regulatory approvals.
