Technology services company Coforge Ltd. expects artificial intelligence-led engineering and outcome-based delivery models to drive its next phase of growth, supported by a record order book of $1.75 billion and the acquisition of Encora.
“The technology services industry is shifting from a scale-of-people business to a scale-of-intelligence business. Our clients are no longer buying effort; they are buying outcomes,” said CEO & Executive Director Sudhir Singh in a letter to shareholders.
Record order book
Coforge reported large deal wins during FY26, while its next-12-month signed order book rose 16.4% year-on-year to $1.75 billion.
It also strengthened its AI strategy through the acquisition of Encora. Together, Coforge and Encora will form a combined entity expected to derive more than $2 billion in revenue from AI-led engineering, data and cloud services, the company said.
AI-led strategy
Coforge believes its AI-led engineering capabilities, strong domain expertise and limited exposure to legacy managed services provide a structural advantage as enterprises accelerate AI adoption.
Its future growth strategy is built around three pillars — turning AI capabilities into repeatable business outcomes at enterprise scale, creating an AI-native talent and delivery model, and accelerating speed of value realisation.
Focus on FY27 growth
Looking ahead, the company remains focused on extending its growth leadership into FY27 and beyond as the technology services industry undergoes a structural transformation.
“The technology services industry is at an inflection point, where the capabilities that define a leader are being rewritten in real time, and we intend to be one of the organisations doing the rewriting,” he said.
Outcome-based delivery
The Forward Deployed Engineer model, Coforge Nuuron platform and outcome-based delivery approach will remain central to the company’s long-term strategy as clients increasingly seek measurable business outcomes rather than additional capacity.
The company remains confident of delivering robust and sustainable growth, while viewing AI as a force multiplier that enhances employee productivity, accelerates delivery and creates greater value for customers.
