HCLTech has completed the acquisition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) Telco Solutions business, strengthened its telecom portfolio and expanded its AI- and engineering-led capabilities for communications service providers (CSPs).
The acquisition, announced in December 2025, follows the successful integration of HPE’s Communications Technology Group (CTG) business in 2024 and marks the next phase of HCLTech’s telecom growth strategy.
Strengthens Telecom Portfolio
The acquisition expands HCLTech’s capabilities to help communications service providers modernise applications, adopt AI-led solutions and monetise networks.
It also broadens the company’s presence in the CSP market, enhances its telecom domain expertise and strengthens its leadership position in the global telecom technology services sector.
