Paisalo Digital BC Channel Crosses $1 Bn In Total Gross Transaction Value

NBFC firm Paisalo Digital Ltd’s Business Correspondent (BC) channel has crossed $1 billion in cumulative gross transaction value (GTV), marking a key milestone in its distribution franchise and last-mile delivery capabilities.

The milestone highlights the growing scale of Paisalo’s BC ecosystem and the increasing customer engagement across the channel.

BC network expands

The company has built technology-enabled financial inclusion platforms to deliver a range of financial services. The milestone also demonstrates the scalability of its asset-light, partnership-led operating model.

As of Q1, Paisalo’s network comprised 5,995 touchpoints across 23 States, supported by 1,574 BCs and public sector banks, including State Bank of India, Bank of India and Indian Overseas Bank, under the Business Correspondent framework.

Asset-light model gains traction

The milestone strengthens the BC channel as a scalable last-mile distribution engine while supporting low-cost customer acquisition and engagement.

As transaction volumes increase, the company sees opportunities to deepen customer engagement, strengthen cross-selling and improve the productivity of its distribution network.
